Rowley Road Rehabilitation - Project Management

Client: Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale

The Shire contracted CSE to provide design and management assistance for the rehabilitation of Rowley Road, Darling Downs. The treatment comprised for foam bitumen stabilisation as well some subgrade improvement by installation of recomposites.

CSE were engaged to manage and resolve on site issues arising during the project. The project required a redesign of the pavement, which we provided and successfully implemented. CSE liaised with the contractor and principal to ensure communication remained transparent around the changes in project scope and cost. CSE reviewed and closed out the project with a practical completion inspection ensuring quality standards were meet.
