David is the Founding Director of Civil Sciences and Engineering (CSE), which he established following his graduation from Curtin University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Engineering Honours degree. With over five years of experience in the civil and construction industry, David combines deep technical knowledge with a passion for innovation, particularly in sustainable pavement solutions. His research into Biochar applications reflects his commitment to advancing environmentally friendly infrastructure practices.

David is known for his hands-on approach, actively participating in site inspections, geotechnical investigations, asset management, and road surveys. This ensures that clients receive accurate, up-to-date technical information, underpinning CSE's reputation for precision and quality. Prior to founding CSE, David gained extensive experience in a materials testing laboratory, where he developed a strong foundation in material properties and performance—a critical component of civil engineering excellence.
