Colin is a founding member of Civil Sciences and Engineering (CSE) and serves as the Principal Engineer, bringing over five decades of unparalleled experience in civil and geotechnical engineering. As a Chartered Professional Engineer, Colin is registered on the National Engineering Register (NER), the APEC Engineer Register, and the International Professional Engineers Agreement (IPEA). His qualifications include an Associateship in Civil Engineering from the Western Australian Institute of Technology and a Master of Technology from Deakin University.
With an exceptional career spanning engineering design, project management, and research, Colin has made significant contributions to advancing sustainable and innovative engineering solutions. His pioneering work in in-situ foamed bitumen stabilisation and research into pavement materials has cemented his reputation as a leader in the field. Colin’s expertise extends to stormwater management, traffic flow analysis, pavement rehabilitation, and major infrastructure projects, where his practical knowledge and technical excellence deliver outstanding results.
